Quaternion Julia Raytracer is the first real-time GPU ray tracer for the iPhone 3GS. It renders the quaternion Julia fractal with high accuracy. By modifying the fractal parameters, an unlimited number of complex shapes can be generated.

Galaxy Collider simulates the physics of interacting galaxies by computing the gravitational forces between the stars and the heavy galaxy centers. Galaxy collider features a high performance particle engine that can interactively visualize spectacular galaxy interactions. It uses OpenGL point sprites for rendering thousands of high-quality stars at high frame rates.

iGPUTrace

iGPUTrace creates fully interactive photorealistic images of shiny spheres in photographed environments. The compass and accelerometer controls the camera movement in 3D space. For more complex shapes check out the "Quaternion Julia Raytracer" App.

IPhone GPU Raytracer is the first real-time ray tracer for the iPhone 3GS. It utilizes the PowerVR SGX GPU for raytracing using OpenGL ES 2.0 shaders.
